On March 6, 2012, the Council of Heads of the Public Libraries in the Leningrad Oblast was held in St. Petersburg, dedicated to the results of the libraries’ work in2011.
At the meeting, the BiblioRossica project was presented along with its range of books and its thematic collections (presented by Anastasia Aydakova).

Presentation at the All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference "Library Collections in the Digital Era: Traditional and Electronic Resources - Acquisitions and Uses"
On March 19-23, 2012, the All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference "Library Collections in the Digital Era: Traditional and Electronic Resources- Acquisitions and Uses” took place in St. Petersburg.
During the conference, the technical, legal and socio-economic aspects of the work of electronic libraries were discussed along with the trends and development prospects of e-books.
At the conference, the BiblioRossica project was presented along with its concept for resources with an academic humanities specialization (presented by Anastasia Aydakova).

Presentation at the Scientific-Practical Conference of the Russian Association of Electronic Libraries
On March 26, 2012 the annual Scientific Conference of the Russian Association of Electronic Libraries was held in the Russian State Library. The conference addressed topics such as the creation and maintenance of digital libraries and collections, digital libraries’ acquisition and preservation, as well as digital libraries and copyright.
At the conference, the BiblioRossica project was presented along with its range of books and its thematic collections (presented by Anastasia Aydakova).

Presentation at the Scientific-Practical Conference "Information and Multimedia Technology in the Modern library: A Line of Development"
On March 27-28, 2012, in the Second Interregional Scientific-Practical Conference "Information and Multimedia Technology in the Modern library: A Line of Development," was held in the N.A. Nekrasov Central Universal Scientific Library (Moscow). The conference addressed the issues of: the organization of user access to electronic content, inter-agency and interregional partnerships in providing library and informational services to the public—including those in electronic format, as well as the global information realm and the participation of Russian libraries in it, its promising projects, modern media centers as new forms of library activity.
At the "Digital Libraries in the Context of Library Services" round-table, the BiblioRossica was presented with its principle of forming electronic content.

The BiblioRossika site and its thematic collections were presented by the Editor of the portal, Alevtina Solovyova.

BiblioRossica Thematic Collections
BiblioRossica has launched a project creating unique thematic collections devoted to the most relevant areas and topics of modern humanities. Among the first collections, with which you can acquaint yourself are: "Modern Russian Literature: Prose, Poetry, Drama," "The Jewish World in Central and ... BiblioRossica has launched a project creating unique thematic collections devoted to the most relevant areas and topics of modern humanities. Among the first collections, with which you can acquaint yourself are: "Modern Russian Literature: Prose, Poetry, Drama," "The Jewish World in Central and Eastern Europe", "Folklore, Mythology and Cultural Anthropology," "The Islamic World", "Silver Age Culture" "Pushkin", etc. In compiling the collections, we have brought in leading experts in the relevant subject areas. The thematic collections include both classic works and the latest studies (in Russian and English). Members can expect regularly additions of new editions to the collections. Each thematic collection is a unique product that reflects the experience of research and pedagogical work of the curator-compiler.

Each thematic collection is the exclusive property of BiblioRossica.
